Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made on tpproduct.uk (the "Store"), operated by ASTROFLUX LTD, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16242326), registered office 13 Caythorpe Street, Manchester, M14 4UD, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, where stock or pricing errors occur); if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in GBP and USD; you are charged in the currency selected at checkout.
• Prices include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store card details.
• For deliveries to the USA, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied on arrival.

3. Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Cancellation and returns

UK and US consumers may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery and return items within a further 14 days, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

5. Warranty and faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Faulty items may be returned for repair, replacement or refund.

6. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction.
