Refund & Returns Policy

Change of mind (14 + 14 days)

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it and then have a further 14 days to send the items back. To cancel, email info@tpproduct.uk with your order reference (TP-XXXXXXXX).

• Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging where possible.
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
• We may reduce the refund if the value of goods is diminished by handling beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, develops a fault, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund including return postage, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or proof of postage). Card refunds are processed by our payment provider; crypto payments are refunded per the gateway's process at the equivalent value.
